Discounted Airport Shuttling
There are a few simple rules:
  • In order to be able to book travel online you must book at least 24 hours prior to your flight arrival time.
  • Our Group has been set up to book online so we can both make and change existing reservations online.
  • The discount only applies to reservations made through the web portal - Use this discount link HERE.
  • Download the information sheet/map of the shuttle's airport locations HERE.
Discounted Parking (Near Hotel)
There are a few simple rules: 
    Parking in the city is independent of the Hotel. 
    City Parking comes at a cost but we have secured a discount. (Usual rate is $30 a day or higher) 
    You will have IN & OUT privileges. 
    You will need your car information.  (If a rental car info is not yet known, then hit the "reminder" 
    option to complete the balance of car info at a later date). 
    The nearest garage is Premium Parking at 716 Iberville Street (walking distance from the hotel) 
    You must book online and in advance:  CLICK HERE
    Go to "Parking Reservation Box," and select your dates. 
    Discount good for 3 days +/- the Reunion dates.
    Rate total will then appear....Look for "apply promo code" under your total. 
    Enter :  BERLIN  (our promo code) 
    A new discounted rate will then appear. 
    Keep a copy of your receipt and bring with you to the Reunion/Garage!
