The official dates of the Reunion are July 9-12 (Thurs-Sun) with the last official event being the Banquet on Saturday night.
However when booking you may want to join us on Wed, July 8th for the "early arrival" offsite Dutch Treat Dinner.
This has become very popular over the years with over 1/3 of the Reunion attendees present.

This property is a true 2-room suite with 500 sq ft of relaxing space with 1 king bed or 2 doubles, separate living area and gallery kitchen.

Click on "Group Reservations" from the bottom index again in green.

Type in our special booking code bb6046 in the Attendee Code Box.

Click Attendee Login.

You are now in our Group Block

In Box 1 Select your arrival & departure dates.

Box 2 highlight the room.

Box 3 enter your contact info & credit card info.

Please note: You must then make your bedding selection in the Comment Box, ie: whether you want the 1 king bed or the 2 double beds in your suite.

Click on the "finish" tab.

If you entered 2 adults in your reservation the system will now ask you to go back in and fill in Guest 2.

Click on "X" in the box and you will bounce back to your contact page.

Click on the "Red Circle" then complete info for Guest 2.

Click on the "finish" tab once again.

A note will pop up indicating your reservation was accepted and within minutes receive an email confirmation. Make sure you get both of these otherwise your reservation was NOT complete!

Hold onto your "Email Confirmation" and bring with you for "Check In" at the actual Reunion.

If you need to cancel, you must do so 48 hours prior to your arrival date, otherwise you will be billed 1 night's charge
